ARISF and ITA Collaborate to Deliver Clean Sport Education in 2025
The Association of IOC Recognised International Sports Federations (ARISF) is pleased to announce a new collaboration with the International Testing Agency (ITA) that will bring a tailored clean sport education programme to its member federations in 2025.
This initiative forms part of ARISF’s ongoing commitment to its Strategic Plan, which places a strong emphasis on delivering tangible services to its members. By partnering with trusted experts like the ITA, ARISF seeks to equip its International Federations with the tools and knowledge necessary to promote clean sport and strengthen their education frameworks.
The programme includes access to the International Clean Sport Educator (ICSE) course, a structured training designed to build internal expertise within each federation. Participants will complete online modules, engage in live sessions with international experts, and take part in peer learning. Upon completion, they will be ready to deliver effective, sport-specific anti-doping education in line with the International Standard for Education (ISE). Federations will be invited to nominate individuals to join the course, with a particular encouragement to include athletes, ensuring the message of clean sport resonates from the grassroots level.
In parallel, ARISF members will also benefit from a dedicated multilingual webinar series, the IF Series, designed to reach athletes and support personnel directly. This three-part series will be delivered live with interpretation in Arabic, French, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, and Spanish. Participants who complete the sessions and final knowledge check will receive a certificate of completion, and federations will be provided with communication tools to help promote and extend the reach of the programme.
